Hi Scott, we note at checkout and on our delivery page that shipping can take up to 10 working days, and I can see this was delivered on the 7th working day. It seems it took a few days to reach the US but was held in customs on the 20th. We highlighted on our website and marketing that orders placed after the 12th may not arrive before Christmas :)

First order and is my favourite lingerie set I have
I ordered the ‘Eddie Green crossover’ set and fits beautifully, I didn’t even need to use nipple covers to protect from the mesh. I’ve always gone to Bras N Things for lingerie but they dont always have exactly what I want, but when I found Playful Promises I was amazed with the large amount of options and multiple colours for most of the lingerie. I also love the look of their swim wear. And if they run out of your size you can request a email or text message to notify you when they have your size in stock again.
