Activation was a nightmare and customer service as sub par at best. Still doesn’t work even after taking my money!

I appreciate having the majority of the major plugin companies (and even some weird ones!) in the same place for the sake of shopping. Seeing what's on sale from practically everyone in the plugin scene is super valuable since these things can get pretty pricey. My only frustration is needing to be redirected to the plugin company's website for the purpose of downloading, needing to make more accounts, etc. after purchase. Call me a grumpy old elder millennial but I just want to go to a website, buy a thing, and get it from that site. In the grand scheme though, pretty small deal. I can figure it out.

Easy to purchase and great products

Always a five star experience. Honestly, it's the best buying experience on the internet. There, I probably jinxed myself now.

The plug-in is fantastic and it was offered at an incredible price. My only critique is a minor one. While trying to install the plug-in, the user is asked for a “redeem code” which actually turns out to be the plug-in’s license number. Why not just ask for the license number instead of asking for a redeem code? It creates a small bit of confusion in my opinion. Other than that, you guys are doing a fantastic job and I look forward to purchasing more from you in the future.

I haven't been able to use the Serato Hex FX plugin yet. I've sent several emails to Serato and haven't received a response. When I open the plugin, it says "start," loads for two seconds, and then displays a "connection error" message... even though I have a good connection. It doesn't open any login page for Serato. I'll see what happens in the next few days; for now, I haven't been able to use it.
