Great store

After finding out about the store, I bought Reason 13 on a great price, which I found nowhere else. Got a little gift to go with it too.

Also, very easy to redeem the products since you get your license codes directly on your library after the purchase.

HAL 9000 involved in plugin download/install perhaps

I love the amplitude plugin but i also purchased the bassdude as well but could not get it to download and it does not show on my purchases...it may be me, for I am old-ish, but I did manage to get amplitude set up with ease! I enjoy the digital modern world and had an IBM 256k dual floppy w 1200 baud modem in '86, endorsing my understanding of digitality. Hell, I'd even play chess with HAL9000 without judgement! But can there not be a one click event to download and install plugins?
No criticism beyond that and thank you!

When I first purchased my plug-in

When I first purchased my plug-in, my password would not work to download it. Also, resetting my password didn’t work.
The online assistant was not very helpful. However, I just tried again the next day and everything was fine and I love my plug-in.
