I subscribed to this company to see if…
I subscribed to this company to see if they could offer me a better price. I advised them that I would not proceed with my membership, unless their price was lower than what I was paying drugstore and I knew the price beforehand. Not only did they not do that, but they sent me an email saying that the wrong dosage was being shipped. I did not authorize this. I was clear in that I wanted the price before they processed my order. Not only did they not do that, but I was advised that the wrong dosage was being processed for me. On top of that I spent over 2 hours on hold to stop this order from being processed. No one answered my call. Completely terrible experience and customer service. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. You're wasting your time and money.

Mailbox vs door
I wish it had been delivered to my door, and not my mailbox as I couldn't get to my mailbox until many hours later, however my roommates could have brought the package indoors
