Order delivery delay
I had an issue with my first order, the team quickly stepped in to get it resolved by sending me another order at no cost and the Pharmacist went an extra mile to call me to apologize and explain the strategies they have put in place to avoid a repeat.

It was very good at first
It was very good at first, but after a few months deliveries are slow and late. I tried to reach someone because I needed advice about a new side effect and impossible to get in touch with someone. The assistant (AI) offers to schedule a call and no time slot is available. Honestly, it’s deceiving. I’m switching for another service this month. I don’t recommend at all.

Lack of communication from the support team
I have received treatment from Pocketpills for the last 10 months, and at the beginning, everything went incredibly. In the last 5 months, my delivery has been delayed three times, and has lost the cold chain suggested by the manufacturer. Beyond this, it is difficult to contact them; they only provide a text phone number and an email address (you can confirm this in the website). It has been more than 48 business hours, and I have not received a response to my email expressing my concerns about my medication.

Good at gaslighting and excuses, bad at actual online pharmacy ops
Unable to resolve recurring prescription issues in app, yet also unable to reach by chat or text, no replies to emails, and literally hours on hold to try to speak to someone, only to be gaslit and dismissed. Questionable practices and suspicious payment issues.
