Easy access, clear and precise questions.

Today, 10th August 26 I had reason to contact Police Mutual about a rather complicated and unusual motor insurance matter. Mr Lee Hansen to whom I dealt with readily understood the issue and his professionalism , advice and resolution went above and beyond my expectations. His expertise and help saved so much time on my part with my attempts to bring the circumstances to a satisfactory conclusion. I can only hope his manager sees these comments and congratulates Lee for his outstanding customer service.

I can easily give the service I’ve received a score of 5 stars. I have an existing Health Insurance claim and have had to add another. It’s been so simple. It’s been well explained and the staff I have encountered have been kind, caring and faultless. What a pleasure to have things made easy through what is a difficult time for me.
I’ve added my other half on to my policy as well and this was done - as were all my contacts - without any drama or fuss.
I’ve been a member of PMAS since I joined in 1979 up to retiring in 2009 and then - thank goodness - I opted to stay in the scheme. It’s been a Godsend to me. I wish I could thank all the staff - but a special mention to Laurie B for her kind words, reassurance and help.

Following an accident, I had to telephone Police Mutual to get cover for a new vehicle. I explained some of the issues I had with the Insurer and I found Ms Susan Stott to be extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and a prime example of good customer care. She explained everything to me in understandable words, helped with all my queries and dealt with it all in a most professional manner. Well done Police Mutual, now I know why I have stayed with you over all these years.

My situation with payroll not paying 2 months payment to police mutual caused some concern with no explanation from anyone. This appears to be a system blip which i will deal with separately. Having received a letter from Police mutual I immediately contacted the company. Agent Lauri from Police Mutual carried out security checks and was immediately on the case explaining the issue .My wife and I did niot stop our payment it was done unknown to us. We have been with the company many years and availed ourselves of their expert guidance through medical requirements in a flawless manner.It was a delight to deal with Lauri who was patient informative and very helpful. I highly commend her to her company she is an asset to be treasured.

We renewed yet again with Police Mutual because the quote was good and the customer service from Elaine was exceptional - takes all the effort out of looking for insurance! We would happily recommend!!!

The telephone was answered very quickly and I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant and helpful Laurie Bastable - PMAS Membership queries department. It wasn't a box standard query but Laurie was very helpful,and gave me so much information and re-sent emails I had lost or couldn't find and was very reassuring and I am now fully converse with my healthcare plan. What a top guy Keith Marchant is at Police Mutual. I needed to phone in to make a complicated change to my car insurance. Keith answered and was a complete gent and a true professional. He was so informed about car insurance and put my mind at ease that he would sort everything out. He certainly did in super quick fashion and saved me a lot of money in the process. A real asset to his department. Thanks Keith. Police Mutual always come up trumps over all the years I've been with them.

A very quick response with no hanging on the phone. I was dealing with Georgia who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the call. Explained everything that needed to be explained.

I have been with PMAS for a very long time and always have confidence that insurance matters are handled correctly. Today I needed to change one named driver for another, but with the complication that the new name was not in the same location as myself and so they had to phone PMAS separately to provide details of driving history etc. The operators merged the necessary information with great patience and efficiency and when I rang back to confirm the changes, they even informed me that I was due a small refund! It is the pleasant and helpful staff who make it a so re-assuring to deal with PMAS
