Professional and supportive
Professional and supportive. At a worrying time for myself and my wife PM made the process as easy as possible. The advice given was helpful and we are very grateful and would recommend to anyone thinking of joining.
The scheme isn’t cheap but so worth it when you really need it like we have done.

Friendly and Helpful
I applied for a quote on line. I was surprised to get a telephone call, acknowledging this and asking if I required any help. At that time I did not. However, later that evening I realised I had made a mistake concerning the start date. The following day I telephoned to have the matter corrected and was very pleased to speak to a gentleman who was very understanding, most helpful and the matter was resolved very quickly.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company and their amazing staff members like Christine!!!
Having thought I needed to cancel my policy due to a car change and change of circumstances, not only did Christine clarify that I didn’t, she then sorted me a quote out which saved me literally hundreds of pounds!!
The professional and diligent manner in which she dealt with me, taking time to fully understand my needs was absolutely first class. Her communication and people skills are an asset to the company.
