They pay on time. The project manager is responsive.

Payment late by 1 month (and counting) after invoice generation. Very slow/ non-existent responses by the PM and he doesn't direct you to anyone that can help chase the issue.
P/s: after I emailed the Finance Dep they dealt with it instantly. I just wish the PM gave me their details so that I could chase it myself without having to go through him.

I did work for Polilingua 4-5 months ago, still waiting for the payment. No answers what so ever. I don't recommend doing work for them.

The payment was supposed to come 2025-03-31.

Fantastic Partner with a Small Payment Detail

As a freelance translator, I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with Polilingua! They are a truly professional and reliable partner. Communication is always clear, projects are interesting, and most importantly, payments are consistently on time. I genuinely appreciate their organized approach and the quality of the work they assign.

My only minor point of feedback revolves around payments processed via PayPal. I've noticed that the transaction fee is automatically applied, which effectively reduces the net amount I receive by almost 5%. While this isn't a dealbreaker given their overall reliability, it's something I'd hope could be optimized in the future, perhaps through utilize the "Friends and Family" option for personal transactions methods that minimize such deductions for freelancers.

Despite this small observation regarding PayPal fees, I wholeheartedly recommend Polilingua to fellow freelancers looking for a professional and supportive agency. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for their services!
