The unit was delivered quickly and packaged nicely. The few questions I had were answered promptly. The unit raided the water temperature from 65 to 85 within 24 hours. I use a solar cover when we are not in the pool and the unit only runs a few hours in the early morning. It’s been running from mid May till mid June and we are very pleased. We haven’t seen an electric bill yet so I’m not sure of our cost yet. I’d give the heat pump a 10 out of 10 pending the electric cost. We are in NJ And had had some hot days and cold nights. The grandkids love it.

Asa always answers the phone and is very thorough on answering my questions. The unit is working as advertised. I live in Illinois and it is critical to have a solar blanket in the spring and fall.

My Heat Pump was delivered on time and right next to the area where it was to be installed. The driver had a couple of very good suggestions about placement and protection from the sun on the display.

The locally manufactured heater appeared well made and was very easy to install following the supplied instructions.

The heater is very quiet when running, much quieter than the more expensive unit that it replaced.

We're very pleased with our pool heater. It is working great. There was an initial bump on the customer service side as we were trying to purchase from out of country, but we were able to resolve it and the heater arrived without issue. I am glad we persisted, because the heater has made our pool a year-round pool!
