I Ordered a gorgeous silver ionised chain with a personalised pendant for my husband at the end of October as a Christmas present. He absolutely loved it!! Their jewellery really is beautiful & comes beautifully presented too. Unfortunately the chain came apart a couple of weeks after. We was both gutted as it was something so personal & meaningful. I got in touch with posh totty & explained what had happened and they were absolutely brilliant!! They asked me to send a picture of said broken chain & then sent me out a replacement straight away. Their customer service really is second to none & the lady who helped with my enquiry was so lovely & helpful. I now have a very happy hubby wearing his gorgeous personalised chain again. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again & I would recommend posh totty to anyone & everyone. Brilliant little company who deserve all the success in the world.

The images are massively zoomed in, suggesting you are getting a bigger item than you do. I bought a customized Men's Personalised Leather Message Bracelet. In the images, it presents the inscription as clear and legible, in reality I had to place it under direct light and still struggled to read it, it's so small. Glad I didn't pay £25 for the extra charm, it's so tiny. The leather bracelet itself looks nice, though now having the item, I feel it is overpriced for what it is.

If there were reviews on the site itself this might have been suggested by other users. Their absence is suspect. And, of course, once you buy a personalized item, you can't return it.

My boyfriend purchased a necklace from this company about a year ago. It is such a pretty necklace and it’s so dainty.
Unfortunately the necklace did break, just through wear and tear as I wore it consistently no matter what.
When I reached out to the company to see if they could help they very kindly offered me a solution and offered to replace it!
Huge thanks to Jesie who sorted this out for me, customer service was excellent and she was super quick with getting it resolved! Couldn’t recommend them more!

I cannot recommend Posh Totty enough!!! The necklaces I ordered are absolutely stunning, my favourite necklaces ever! My petite initial ‘J’ necklace I wear everyday and the clasp came loose and the customer service I have received has been above and beyond!! I am so happy with this brand all around and would recommend it to anybody!! Eleanor in particular has been amazing! Thank you so much Eleanor :)

I lost my beautiful personalised silver necklace. As it was a gift, I wanted to replace it I contacted customer services to see if they could find the original order from 5 years ago in order that I could order the exact same necklace as a replacement. Jesie was brilliant she asked me a few questions & then found the orginal order & sent me a link so that I could order it again. Thank u so much.

Received a present from posh Totty for having my second born, I’ve always loved the necklaces with your child’s name on it as I had one for my first (from
Different company) I was a little upset when I opened up to see that the name were super tiny and my second borns named looked like it was spelt wrong! The love hearts aren’t fused together so keep spinning round so the names aren’t visible. I also can’t return this so my husband can get his money back!

Beautiful ring, great customer service! I will be back for more!

Had a real issue with delivery (not Posh Rorty's fault!) and it was solved thanks to Emily looking into my query and contacting the delivery company really quickly. Thank you Emily for being polite, helpful and really quick to respond over what must be a hideously busy time for you. Thank you Posh Totty for a gorgeous product, these things happen, but I'll definitely buy from you again!

Had a reply asking me to contact them regarding the unsatisfactory map I ordered.
I have already contacted the company, who say they will not provide the map I asked for, and will not refund me.

Horrendous!!!

Both chain and pendant were faulty!!! Very disappointing and will not be using again. Be aware when ordering, first chain arrived tangled, replacement sent, tried to attach pendant on the replaced chain, a gift for my mum, pendant had not be soldered together properly and kept falling off the chain!! Embarrassing when gifting as a Xmas present and pendant falls into mum’s Xmas dinner!!!

Whilst I was disappointed that my original product did not retain its quality for long I was very pleased with the response once I reported this to Emily at Posh Totty. Within a few weeks my ring had been returned fully renovated and put back to its original
Condition. I am thrilled to have it back and impressed by the attentiveness of Emily and the rest of the team. I was kept updated at all stages and the process was very straightforward.

Even though I am extremely grateful for the quick shipping, the necklace itself is not worth the £150 I paid. The birthstones are so tiny you can’t see them without putting your glasses on and looking under a light.

The customer service person I spoke to was very kind and understanding, but unfortunately the outcome wasn’t. I asked for a refund if I retuned the necklace but was told no because the size of the stones were “clearly” shown on the listing.

Overall, extremely disappointed in the necklace and the help regarding the refund I asked for.

I don’t recommend this store if you’re looking to buy items with the birthstones as you will not see them on the actual product.

My experience with Posh Totty and Eleanor in particular was amazing. I ordered two personalised necklaces as gifts for my sons and when they arrived the chain length wasn't quite right ( my error). I literally had 3 days to be able to send back and change the length before I needed them back. They were amazing at sorting a returns label quickly and then returning special delivery and the communication was excellent.The necklaces are lovely quality and I would definitely use this as my go to place for jewellery now! Thank you, first class service!

Emily and Eleanor from customer service have been amazing in helping me sort an issue with my ring at no cost to me at all. Also - huge peace of mind when ordering a Xmas gift for my husband and worrying about resizing. They treat their customers well

Whilst the rings I ordered are beautiful and well made, the customer service when it comes to personalisation and feedback are lacking. Everything comes down to the order form and if there are any mistakes or misunderstandings, they will not be fixed.

The jewellery I ordered is not only not fit for purpose, but I am also without any means of compensation. I am disappointed, as I spent a decent amount of money and thought on this gift and will be left with a wrongly monogrammed ring for a very special occasion.

Overall a very good experience and nice product. I wanted to exchange something and the customer service (Emily) was very kind, polite and helpful. I would happily purchase from PTD again.

Bella, who replied to my query was fast, accurate and thoughtful in her reply. I felt there was true concern and intention to understand and reply to my personal need - jewelry is personal in nature so this was really appreciated and a solution and purchase accomplished in just a few days.

Oh my days! The communication from this company is exemplary. I had a custom request to make a very special piece of jewellery for my Dad. Emily couldn't have been more helpful. She guided me through which products would be suitable, talked to the team of jewellers to find out which images would be suitable for the engraving and kept me up to date at every step. I can not recommend them highly enough. I can't wait to receive my Dad's special gift as I am sure he is going to love it. The products are reasonably priced and the wait time is much better than some of the other companies we looked at. Thank you so much for helping me.

My partner ordered the petite initial necklace with my son’s initial. This snapped after two days and after asking multiple jewellers, who were unable to repair, my partner contacted customer service.

They told us they can’t repair it or offer any sort of refund but instead gave 15% off to purchase another one! Which would inevitably break again.

Extremely disappointed as this has sentimental value.

Be wary of the quality of their jewellery!
