So the post haste courier forced my letterbox open, there was a padlock to secure the mailbox couldn't be opened but he forced it open as to lazy to walk to door. Rang post haste and was told you can't assume the courier did that. Pretty obvious he did that. Have photo.

don't seem to understand what the word "haste" means. I don't think I've ever had anything delivered hastily by them, let alone on time.
Not as bad as Toll to be fair, but should rebranded Post Lackadaisical so as not to give customers expectations they can't meet.
"Poste Haste" is the most incompetent business in New Zealand. And that.. is saying something.
I'll be honest, their shipping is faster for me in POSTHASTE rather than NZPOST itself, I'm surprised from all the bad reviews... I've had multiple packages that used the POSTHASTE courier and before I didn't know about it until my packages began to use this courier and all my packages are international.
Why is this courier company still going it's slow in every way and don't bothered to fix things or even reply.. I hope no one uses this lacking company
I thought Aramex was bad, but Post Haste is just on another level. I have being waiting for delivery from Nelson since 18th of November. I lodged an enquiry at at the end of November. Initially they said that they did not have it on their system, although the tracking number was registered. Then they said that they found it and wrote me: "I am currently following up with our fleet team to see if we can get this delivered to you as soon as possible." It was on 2nd of December. My parcel still has not been delivered. Meanwhile, an overseas company used Posthaste for their delivery in NZ, my second parcel has been sitting with them since 7th of December and I cannot even get a response to my enquiry. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend anyone to use Posthaste services.

The Delivery Driver dumped the box in our Busy Orthopaedic Clinic. I asked him nicely if he could wheel it (on the trolley) as it was VERY Heavy (12 bottles of Gin), to the office 3 meters away and he said it was not his job......I had to pick it up and have pulled a muscle in my back. Merry Christmas Poste Haste :(

There is not a rating low enough to describe my appalling experience with Post Haste
Under no circumstances should a sender or receiver of parcels use them
They refuse to make an important medical equipment delivery to my apartment building
It has taken 8days of phoning them to get a straight answer
The parcel remains at their depot and they will not deliver it to the front door of my building despite my clear instruction to do so and equally clear willingness to take responsibility for collecting it from that place
Every other courier company can follow that instruction
Insult top injury is that the contact centre staff failed to inform me on three previous occasions of their "policy" of restrictive delivery instructions
Lots of empty apologies and we will escalate the compl
aint
Not a chance so this is best conduit of feedback which I hope will spare others the absolutely unsatisfactory experience of dealing with this company

Dreadful service from PostHaste. I got a notification on 1st December saying the delivery was on its way, then nothing arrived. After numerous calls and emails to them, all they can say is the parcel is in a bin waiting to be picked up by the courier but they can't tell me when it will be delivered or if it will be delivered at all. I suspect they delivered it to the wrong address and are now lying about it being in a bin. I have had to contact the supplier to tell them to cancel the order as I am not paying for a product that is likely not going to be delivered. Do better PosteHaste! Supplier paid for delivery to take 1-2 days. You are making them look bad by your lack of customer service. I will encourage the supplier to move to another courier

My daughter saved up all year to go to England and now she can't go thanks to post haste, they have lost her passport and they don't seem to care, have not apologised, reprimanded or fired the courier, refunded her money or compensated her for the hell that they put her through. She was dreaming of a white Christmas (as she has never had one before) and now she has to stay home due to Post Haste's cruelty. She looks it as a lesson learned and will definitely be telling all of her business contacts of which she has many as she is a successful business woman. She figures if she can save someone else the mental anguish and distress than at least they won't have to go through hell too. That is very magnanomous of her if it were me I would be going straight to a lawyer, my mp, fair go and the Commerce Commission! Kelly Schober-French
Poste Haste has to be one of the SLOWEST couriers ever in NZ. I’ve been waiting weeks for ONE item to get delivered to me. They didn’t even update my tracking so I know whats going on?? My item has been in transit for 7 days now Like… so useless. Can all my packages just come from NZPOST next time. Damn.

Absolute crap. Does not even ring the doorbell and instead leaves some bs note telling me to pick the parcel up at their location many KMS away. Just use nzpost, their drivers are actually competent

Why are they still in the business? I never see any other couriers like them. Delay, delay and delay...
