Door delivery sent to parcel shop
Not the first time I order a delivery to my home address but I get it delivered to a parcel shop instead. The reason is always they they couldn't deliver, even when I am ALL DAY at home. Weird that the doorbell and phone works for everyone except the delivery driver

Seeing a chain blocking vehicles from turning into our gravel driveway, the driver made no attempt to walk less than 10 meters to the door and knock.
We are Teglvaerksvej 17 Gudbjerg and the PostNord parcel shop is at Teglvaerksvej 3 Gudbjerg.
No customer service chat or person has responded to any questions about the non-delivery yet - so we know nothing about when the package can be picked up despite paying a 50% premium for true home delivery.
I am assuming we will get our package albeit a day or more late. Better communications with customers would greatly improve things.
We were home and available at the time of the attempted delivery (which was not made).

If I could give PostNord 0 stars, I would.
Every single time they claim that "no one was home", even though someone is always there because I work from home. They never ring the doorbell, they never call, and then they mark the delivery as failed.
Trying to complain is just as frustrating. First you're stuck with a useless chatbot that can't solve anything. When you finally manage to speak to customer service, nothing actually gets resolved. In the end, you still have to collect your parcel from a pickup point. So what exactly did I pay home delivery for?
And the pickup points aren't any better. I recently went to collect a parcel at a location with both a staffed counter and an automated locker. The employee told me to use the locker because I had a QR code. I walked over there only to find the lockers were broken. It took them an entire week to fix them. When I came back, my QR code no longer worked. I went back to the staffed counter, where another employee, who was actually very helpful, told me the first person had made a mistake and that my parcel had been sitting behind the counter the whole time.
The whole experience is a complete mess. Missed deliveries, broken systems, terrible customer support, and endless wasted time. If I have the choice, I will never use PostNord again, and I would strongly recommend avoiding them if you can.

Got the package safely, on time, and with good communication. Postnord is doing good now, and I’m rebuilding trust with them to deliver my packages successfully.

Annoying with new link. When you pick up packages where you need to enter number, you need to push link, then if more package, you need to go into these and then the QR code are to be shown afterwards, then you start all over again. Not very efficient. For the 3 stars is the info on the way till package arrive.
