My package was not delivered

My package was not delivered, despite the chosen option being “contactless”. i received no notification that there are issues or anything missing. when i checked the app, the item has been sent back to the sender. there is no actual customer support, just a bot telling you the same thing over and over again. i will stop ordering from companies who only deliver through PostNord
