Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They will not send your order, you'll go round in circles with them via email and never get anywhere. I had to get my money back from my bank after 2 months of going back and forth with them. Absolute shambles of a business!!

Absolute horrific do not buy!!

Same as most, I "pre-ordered" good omens funko pops, that they kept getting postponed, and "surely NOT cancelled", for months. Sent them emails with requests to cancel my order, which they did, and then they cancelled my refund. So I had to open a case with paypal and then wait WEEKS before getting my money back. Honestly, is not worth it. Also, if funko was to STILL make these, why not sell them through their official sites, but need PPJoe to do it for them? Scam..

Never got my order, contact was horrible

I ordered a set of Funko Pops from Good Omens over 4 months ago, they never shipped them.
When I asked a few times they always had an excuse with them being in quality control or "they will ask in the shipping department about my order".
Nothing happened and to this day I never got my order, absolutely horrible experience.

Update: Got my money back due to the fact that I claimed it via PayPal. Not even ONCE did the seller contacted me during this.
Even better: Now they are claiming that my review is false and I should take it offline.

If this company put as much afford into shipping their orders as they into deleting negative reviews, everyone would be happy!

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. Pre-ordered Good Omens figures 2 pack back in September, delivery date kept getting pushed out with no communication from seller. Finally in December I contacted them requesting further information. I received an initial email stating that the date was pushed out again. I sent a further email requesting a refund which was eventually responded to saying they were closed for the weekend (on a Thursday!!) and would get back to me. I followed up again after Xmas and they said they would refund me. They did not and I escalated it though PayPal for a refund, which I received. I note that this scam company did not respond to PayPal either. Avoid at all costs.

Edit... And now they are trying to get genuine reviews taken down! I've screenshots of all interactions which I submitted to PayPal as well. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not the best in communication

Ordered in October the Good Omens 2-Pack due to be available end of Oct/start of Nov.

We are now in December and no Funko, and no update on when it will be posted. Hopefully they'll be in touch soon

Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible! Ordered an item in August. Wasn't delivered, so emailed this month. Was given the run around on 4/5 emails until I got feed up and said I was reporting to trading standards. Surprise, surprise I then got an email saying I'd get a full refund... plus an Email from the director, John, that just said 'Fine'!

I will still be reporting this to trading standards if I do not receive my full refund ASAP!

This is one time I really wish I'd seen all their awful reviews before I ordered. Just take heed and NEVER use them!

Edit... And now they are trying to get genuine reviews taken down! Have sent Trustpilot proof of purchase and non delivery and terrible customer service. Have screen shots of all this I can share too if this company wants to keep insinuating this review is not accurate.

Would never use or recommend this site…

Would never use or recommend this site too anyone again. I ordered a funko and kept being told the product was pushed back on the release date. I was told this monthly. I finally canceled the order after talking to one of their representatives. I asked for a refund and for over 5 months was told it was being processed and I would receive it in 7-10 days. I never received my refund. They say the pride themselves on making sure their customers are happy etc. but they are a rip-off. I tell people not to order through ppjoe. They don't keep their word and give you the run around.

Avoid

Avoid. scam! I pre-ordered an item in February 23 that was then released a few months later. Apart from the order confirmation there has been....No communication, no item, no reply to emails and it's now September. Total con.

Terrible company

I placed an order in April 2022 which I didn't receive, they cancelled and I'm still waiting for a refund that they have promised me for £44.96 they have fobbed me off with lie after lie. I wish I'd never ordered from these scammers and it seems I'm not the only person to be scammed. I can't believe that they can treat their customers soo badly. I can't afford to be scammed out of money like that , I would have given no stars if I could. Terrible company avoid unless you want to ripped off.

Soft Sleeves + Protectors

Protectors and Sleeves took a while to arrive, and arrived in what was essentially a plastic wrap which was a little disappointing but the sleeves + protectors showed no sign of transit damage so can’t really complain ! Pop Protecors simple to assemble and look nice on the Pops 😁 the sleeves however are a little trickier to get on so I’d recommend having a crap Pop or an old box to use to bend them onto and then once on slide the desired Pop in the sleeve pushing the other Pop out.

Overall a good experience and will likely order more in future

Agreed to refund a pre-order item but no refund given.

Requested a refund for a pre-order item. Received reply confirming the cancellation and advising that a refund will be in my account within 10 working days.

As with other recent comments, refund has not been received. Have encountered this shady practice elsewhere as the seller knows some people will not following up on refunds that are not processed.

Will update once I receive the refund, but at the moment looks like a company to avoid.

Update (10th March 2024): I received an update telling me this review would be taken down if I didn't provide additional details - which I have provided. For the record I received confirmation via e-mail that I would be refunded on 21st June 2023. I followed up on that lack of refund and received additional confirmation that they were looking into why the refund hadn't been processed on 11th July 2023. I again followed up and received confirmation that they 'were doing their best to expediate the process' on 27th July 2023. I followed up once again to be told that the refund had been processed but no refund had been received on 8th August - and unsurprisingly no update or communications since then.

Scammers

Will take your money for a preorder and run with it. When asking for the money back as they can't deliver a simple preorder you will get an email saying yes we have refunded and then never hear again. Absolute fraudulent company do not use
