Yet again another fantastic experience dealing with PPJoe. Fast delivery and the merchandise well protected and received in great condition.

Product didn’t ship until I got in touch with staff member a month after purchase. He provided great customer service and it arrived today only for me to find it was too big for my Spider-Man Funko 3 pack.

I bought a funko pop, it arrived as expected, with a 20% discount for another order.
This discount is appreciated, but it should have a longer expiration date when it is shipped abroad: it arrived to me already expired, LoL!

1 month shy of 2 years waiting for a Funko pop that seems to be in stock everywhere apart from this store...
The restock date is just constantly being pushed back.

From time to time we get notifications that it's back in stock and to order.
Yet we're never sent ours

Do not order from this company unless you want to be treated the same.

It's not good enough.
And now your selling the item at £199.99 when we paid £65.
Absolutely shocking behaviour...
Why haven't you had the item in-stock for a whole year yet you keep putting it back in stock on your website and now charging almost 3 times the price when it's not even in stock.

Fantastic sleeves for your Funko Pops. Not only do they make your pops look fantastic but you can use a pop protector with them. Fantastic customer services very polite professional helpful and friendly. Many thanks very happy 😃

The box is perfect! The only problem is that the parcel took a long time to arrive and I have never been notified of shipping updates.

I've been waiting a month and still nothing. This will be the 1st and last time I buy anything from PPJoe again. Overall just a bad experience.

Great communication and kept me update with order which was a little late but no fault of their own but due to royal mail strikes. Would recommend and use again.

I'll type about the customer service here, as Ppjoe have absolutely incredible customer service, go above and beyond to attempt to support and care for their customer/s. Also have great communication and are truly polite and respectful with replies, answers and any simply within any email or response given between them and the customer.
Also their Ppjoe protectors for the funko pops I'd say myself are the absolute best available out there.

I ordered some POP figures that some other places were either out of stock or commanding a premium in mid November in the hope that I would receive before Christmas as gifts.

These guys excelled at service!
Delivered super fast within 2 days, items arrived in perfect condition, complete with PPJoe protectors that are fantastic quality.

PPJoe Pop have just become my go to supplier for POP figures and I have no doubt that we will be ordering some additional protectors from them.

I ordered a Harley Quinn Funko pop in June and it is now the 18th October. So four month of waiting and still no item. Not once did this company reach out and update me on the status of the order. I had to chase them up and everytime was told a couple of weeks. After about ten emails of myself to them I decided to ask for a refund. They have agreed but it Will take up to ten days before I receive my money. No apology for the order not been supplied or delivered. Awful Company with terrible customer service unless you chase them up. I never ever leave reviews. But avoid at all cost.

Waited four months for a pre order that should have come in May was told on many separate occasions that I would definitely get her, by September I had to ask for a refund. I wouldn’t use them again

Shipping was slower due to unforeseen issues, but overall the customer service was great and my item is amazing.

Great protectors, and good customer service. They always get back when I ask a question!! I normally buy the 4” 0.5mm, but I will be buying some 10” ones when they get back in stock!
