Company responded quickly to my request for help, listened to my explanation of the problem and by process of elimination resolved it over a period of two hours.

The old kitchen tap was limescaled and leaky and although I could have put a new valve in as temporary fix, I decided to upgrade the tone of the kitchen as a start of my future refurb with a beautiful matt black Franke Athena tap with ceramic disc technology (hopefully less leaks in the future!). The plumber was skilled in isolating and removing the old tap and plumbing in the new tap so the flexible supply hoses twisted nicely into the space in the kitchen cabinet below. The whole process took about half and hour and was clean without any fuss and mess. Thanks!

I have used Premier Heating for some years. They don't overcharge you and they always like to get the job completed as soon as possible. This time was no exception and I wasn't left waiting for days to get the job done. Their staff are well trained so I know I can trust any information they give me.

Quick service -Premier email to me at 7:05am day after my email on bank holiday Monday, and after further phone calls Chris Allen arrived before midday. He reviewed boiler issues and explained and advised how we might proceed; later returning to deal with a temporary repair and get immersion water heating working. I was impressed by what seemed to me a very personable, professional and competent approach to dealing with the issues today. I look forward to complete resolution of the issues, and I expect, a long and happy working relationship with Premier.

Another excellent job and impeccable service from Andy at Premier Heating . Arrived on time , carried out my boiler repair and was extremely tidy , clearing away any debris . Would thoroughly recommend Premier Heating .

We had our central heating boiler & ancillary equipment replaced. The installation engineer had many years experience and knew his trade really well. He was able to find solutions to fit the new boiler in a confined space. The company's administration is very efficient, and they are easy to contact if necessary.

The engineer came and completed the required work very efficiently.

As Usual, Premier came up trumps. Identified the problem, booked a quick slot to mend the valve and replaced it expertly.
All done very professionally , and courteously.

What a first class company from talking to booking an appointment and completing there work, i must also say that Chris there engineer was first class, very knowledgeable, clean and extremely efficient, explained why we had a problem and fixed it.

The annual service of our gas boiler and gas fire was completed both professionally and efficiently. Andy was training his colleague, Sophie, on completing this type of activity which meant the service took longer but this didn’t impact at all what we needed to do around the house. Very impressive service.

Very pleasant engineer did a good job as usual. Have been using the firm for over 30 years and they are as good as ever.

Premier have just put a completely new heating system into our Grade 2 listed cottage. This required a new gas pipe into our property, a newly positioned boiler, new hot water pipes through out the cottage (where wattle and daube walls making pipes hard to conceal) and new radiators in every room. They did a great job and I would particularly recommend Sean as the most hard-working and resourceful heating engineer imaginable.
