Amazing Themes & Support!

Best support ever, theme is really complete.

Brilliant experience using premium press, my websites have turned out absolutely fantastic and the set up is easy to use, even for someone like me with no experience of Web development, Mark at support was also extremely helpful, always there when I required a bit of help or advice, I would definitely recommend using premium press.

The company initially showed promise and the potential to become a leader, especially given the limited availability of Dating Themes like theirs. I was genuinely impressed with the Dating Theme—stylish, responsive, and packed with features. The setup and navigation were remarkably easy, enabling me to get my website development going easy. My plan was to go LIVE sooner than expected due to its user-friendly nature.
The early experience with the theme was positive, with promising customer service and fast response times. However, as time went on, I started encountering minor issues, often related to plugin conflicts. While some were easily fixable, others including internal links not working on the SignUp page, remnant map popup window on pages, and vanishing map buttons. I documented these issues comprehensively and reached out to customer support.
Unfortunately, the support experience took a downturn. Responses seemed dismissive, suggesting they were unwilling or unable to assist, and the offer of a refund to find another theme was presented. I believe the issues I raised were fundamental and could have been addressed more effectively.

Moreover, their support team appeared to handle only one issue at a time (according to our communication), understandable but not efficient given the amount of back-and-forth communication. The person managing their support came across as rude and insensitive, lacking the understanding that customers are the foundation of any business.
Despite my liking for their theme, I opted for a refund due to their inability to provide basic courtesy and excellent (at least good) customer service. Now, I am on the lookout for another theme, regretfully driven by their lack of customer-oriented support.

* If they promise to change their support style and actually address the legitimate problems or offer reasonable suggestions, I may reconsider using their theme.

Fantastic plugin and support. We have used PremiumPress for sometime and found it to extremely reliable and very easy to implement and also find the huge amount of informative videos a real plus.

This guys cut my update period and when i noticed it they just gave me 2 months in return. Very recently i noticed my account showing user license instead of developer license and when i send an email they just told me it is updated. I am wondering if this is not happening to others out there.
I have genuine reason to clain my money back through the courts plus time wasting. They are hiding behind one address in the UK and the phone number there is not working. The best thing to do with this guys is to use the courts and claim money back. Their social icons the website dont lead to anywhere. There are genuine signs of dishonesty. For people who claim to be giving them 5 stars, good luck your time is coming if they are not fake reviews. We should be sharing information about them if not they will continue robbing people. Most of their youtube video will not allow comment so people will not complain there. Too much about this guys. Prevously they seams to be on Hong Kong now there is a number from Holland and now i am seeing a UK number watch out guys. I spoke to youtuber who will do review on them, we will have better opportunity to spread awareness.

This business is a SCAM!!!! People, don’t buy anything from them. They are scamming. I am still waiting for 2 months, and a thousand promises, for a refund and i am only receiving one diverting email after another promising email to pay my refund.
PLEASE PLEASE watch out!!! The softwatre is faulty with malware inside that made us re-install our whole system to get rid of the malware premiumpress installed. These guys should be taken out of business. Anyone who wants to see the long long email correspondation over 2 months, can have a copy sent to you.

Wish I read here before purchasing 🤦‍♂️

Purchased the coupons theme a few months ago and spent the last few months trying to get it working properly.

Very slow which is a BIG problem if you actually want people to use your site. Very buggy and unfinished.

Not compatible with elementor as claimed.

They have used a loading spinner to try and mask the issue of slow loading but thats not really a solution.

Cool Theme, Awesome Seller

I got this awesome theme that's like magic for websites. The person who made it is super helpful – always there when I need them. The theme is not just good-looking, it's super powerful too.

If you want a great theme with a friendly creator, this is it. It's been a big help for me, and I'm sure you'll love it too.

Unfortunately I purchased license in 2019 so I was unable to develop my site. But now when I needed help, the employee of the company was very helpful. My experience is that despite the long pause, this company can be trusted and have full support.

I am an experienced webmaster for 15 years, my experience using wordpress theme from premiumpress is very compatible with other plugins so it is very easy to customize and use for years.

When I discovered that this feature is not working properly in your theme, I immediately contacted your customer support for help in solving the problem. I've submitted bug reports and sent support requests repeatedly, but each time I've only received promises that the problem will be fixed without any actual action on your part.

I have been waiting for one year and it is frustrating to see that my users cannot search precisely because of this serious problem. This has resulted in a significant degradation of the user experience and has undoubtedly affected the number of registered profiles and overall user satisfaction.

As a customer, I expect to receive the functionality that you have promised and advertised. However, so far I have only experienced ineffective communication and lack of action on your part. It is frustrating to have my repeated inquiries ignored or met with the same standardized responses.

I would like to remind you that I paid for this theme with the expectation that it would work properly and deliver the promised features. I expect you to take this issue seriously and prioritize resolving it as soon as possible. If you are unable to deliver the functionality your theme advertises, I expect to receive a refund.

I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously and prioritize resolving the issue as soon as possible. It is important for me as a customer to feel heard and taken seriously by your company.

Themes are good until you run out of support. i was trying to make a new site with the Freelancer Theme but could not and non of the themes would install and all of it felt not finished not like it used to be. the theme would not work with Elementor any more and Premium Press is trying to make me pay £38 just to update it to the latest version. Very disappointed!

Microjob theme of premiumpress has lots of bugs.

I am using their micro job theme and it has lots of bus like
- Mobile design not working.
- Some logical simple errors like no validation.
- Very poor & Late support from theme developer.
- if you are asking anything they have same reply like:
" Many thanks for your email,

Unfortunately our theme doesn't have this feature.

My apologizes for any inconvenience."

Not sure why they are giving same reply for any of your question.
