I've been using premium press for about 14 or 15 years now. Every time I need support Mark and team are always there ready to go. They update all themes often, and always do their best to improve the user experience and the theme themselves. They are ethical offer good quality stuff for the money and are very user friendly themes. All I can say is you can't go wrong with premium press. Thanks guys.

I have done business with many online providers, and I have to say that the service I received from Premiumpress.com was second to none. Customer support is excellent, and the WordPress websites they sell are fairly priced and of good quality. If ever again I need a website, I shall surely be doing business with Premiumpress.com in the future.

I bought a template, but I can't register in the service. I received a template in my email, but the video instructions say that I need a license key to launch the website, and I have it in my personal account. However, I don't have access to my personal account. I've tried to reset my password, but nothing has been sent to my email. I've contacted technical support three times, and they claim to be available 24/7, but I haven't received any response. As a result, I paid the money, but I can't access the premiumpress service, and the support team is not responding.

I am currently using the PremiumPress Dating Theme, and I find the software to be very robust and feature-rich. The layout is clean, and the backend options offer great flexibility for customization, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent themes. Easy to follow videos to install and set-up. And outstanding customer support. I had an issue (which turned out to be caused by an out of date PHP set up on my server). Mark responded promptly and I was able to get the issue resolved within minutes.
