Good but too expensive for my pocket
Food is great , don’t get me wrong I’ve enjoyed every single meal that I’ve chosen but my promotion period ends soon so I’ll be moving somewhere else as spending £80 for 5 days food for 2 meals per day it is expensive, and then weekend comes and you spend more money for shopping.
Basically it is convenient but not when you are on average salary and single , so basically I can’t afford it

Excellent products and service
I've been using Prep Kitchen for several weeks and can't rate it highly enough. There's so many different recipes to choose from and I haven't had one that I wouldn't choose again. The portion sizes are perfect for one person and keep me satisfied all evening. The meals are packed with loads of flavour and nutrition and I've even managed to lose a bit weight by choosing the lower carb meals. And they make it even easier for you by choosing your meals based on your preferences (which you can change if required). Reliable delivery and excellent customer service.

Two poor deliveries and terrible customer service
I’ve had two disappointing experiences with Prep Kitchen.
On 6 September, my food arrived damaged. I contacted customer service about it, but they were extremely poor and I struggled to get any response or proper resolution.
My most recent delivery on 27 September was another bad experience. It didn’t arrive until around 6:30pm and the food was ruined by the time it got to me. I didn’t contact customer service about this second delivery.
The food itself can be decent when everything goes right, but after repeated delivery issues and my previous experience trying to get help from customer service, I’ve been left very disappointed with the service overall.

On my 4th week of Prep kitchen meals…
On my 4th week of Prep kitchen meals (opted for 4 meals a week) and I have to say, I'm very pleased overall with the meal quality and taste, truly delightful how delicious they are and in honesty, a shock how nice they are compared to typical microwave meals. I've had the pleasure of Farsia keeping in touch to ensure things are going well, in which they are and I do have to commend her on how friendly and genuinely nice she has made the whole plan so far feel. If I did ever have a problem, I wouldn't think twice to get in contact as she has made me overall feel so welcomed within the community. Definitely reccomend on all bases so far!

Prep kitchen isn’t the one
Prep kitchen isn’t the one. The food tasted okay, nothing greta but not bad. However they continuously deliver the wrong food meals, some of the meals I cannot eat due to religious reasons. The customers service is non responsive they just ignore my emails and efforts to try to resolve the issues. I’d rate them 1.5/10.

1st timer vibes are great
First time using Prep Kitchen and can honestly say it is the best option for me. I am a working person that has limited time so the last thing i want to do is cook dinner. I am also a single person so i am always wasting food and spending more money than i need to. Prep Kitchen has such an incredible selection of food including breakfast lunch dinner and desserts and the portion sizes are perfect!
I am delighted with the overall experience with Prep Kitchen. The ordering on the app is so simple and easy to follow, the delivery service was prompt and there are enough notifications about your orders and upcoming orders but not too many that its annoying.
The support staff are wonderful also. I will be continuing to use Prep Kitchen you guys are perfect for me.

Genuinely really enjoy these meals and brilliant customer service
Genuinely really enjoy these meals and would recommend to anyone. Started the hunt for some easy but nutritionally sorted meals as both of us are busy with new jobs and family life. Prep Kitchen have been great, tasty with good quality produce (nothing worse than cheap chicken to ruin a meal) Had one glitch this week with an order mistake but a quick message to customer services and all resolved with a far more than reasonable resolution, big shout out to Michelle who resolved our issue. Looking forward to the future and increasing meal selections.

I dont know if we got a bad batch but every meal was disgusting. They all tasted like they were going bad with a strong vinegary taste. Very convinent but genuinely inedible.
