An amazing experience. Found on line and Mike contacted me immediately and found the part I was looking for which was far more reasonable than Mercedes obviously! They had the part delivered to my local garage and the car was repaired. Brilliant. Just waiting now to see if they have a PSE pump for me !!!!

Great customer service great price and speedy delivery

Gearbox on My C220 broke and I had nightmare quotes from other places who had no idea about the problem or anything. Mike Caffery at Prestige All Parts knew straight away what I was on about and even gave me info based on the common fault with this gearbox why mine packed in. Was a relief to talk to somebody that knew what I was on about and is also obviously very well educated on Mercedes cars, their faults and parts required. He sourced an exact replacement gearbox, sorted out a discount plus it was done on a Saturday so my gearbox got sent out on the Monday. The delivery for my location was really quick, Gearbox was exact model required and was AS NEW CONDITION. Thanks very much for a great service from start to finish. Also they called me back to ask if everything was ok and if I needed any other info, parts just to give them a call. Really is a PERFECT service with those guys. I would recommend them for mercedes parts defo. Top class service from start to finish.

Brilliant !! . bought a spare wheel and tyre for our Sprinter , delivered on time , well wrapped and the tyre is in really good condition , I recommend these guys and will have no reservations in using them in the future for parts etc .. THANKYOU ALL !!

Brought parts for my customers mercedes ml front bumper and wing on the 11/10/21.both me and my customer have call about the parts and keep fobbing us off saying the parts have been lost in transit. phone the other day now saying the parts are damaged. so i have no parts and £558 pounds down. still waiting for refund what a joke.

Company first send the wrong part, although I provided the exact Mercedes part number. Then they claimed they would be submitting the right part, but nothing arrived. After a few more calls, both I and them realised they did not have the park in question. They then collected the old part, but it took a while, and a few more calls, to get the refund. So, a pretty incompetent company at best. At worse, they are doing it on purpose to help them with their cash flow. Avoid this company if you can.

I paid for a heating part for my Car, when it did not arrive I rang prestige all parts and they told me the courier lost it.
I could tell they were lying.
Rang them really upset and they said they will give the money back, this is two weeks now and nothing back from them.

After three weeks they have now given the money back. I was just about to go to HM Court tribunals service, then I checked my Bank statement and the money was back.

I just don’t get it, just tell me you haven’t got the Car part instead of taking my money and pretending the the parcel service lost it.
Get you s***t in order.

Absolutely peed me off, from now on I will buy my parts from Amazon, including a whole Car.

Absolute COWBOYS!!! Ordered a PSE pump for CL 500 from Prestige, Mike caffery was the man I dealt At prestige. paid the 312 pounds Got the part,...great...went to a specialist Merc garage who fitted it for me, surprise PSE pump supplied did not work...told by prestige it had been tested before that sent....absolute cods wallop! Anyway returned PART supplied then got a phone this morning to tell me that i had tampared with the PART and pics sent.....PiCS are hilarious as they are clearly from another PSE PUMP....This organisation is a complete RIPOFF, they are the best COWBOYS I have ever seen. Paid by Credit card, and now in the process of getting a chargeback....PLEASE if you deal with this company (GOD forbid) be careful they are out to try and fool you by giving you all of the assurances that are lies under the SUN......Prestige ALL PARTS will be reported to trading standards....KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!

Ordered set of AMG 19" wheels received 18" wrong size and three of wheels of one width and one larger obviously not of the same car they even set another wheel to make up a set of four the same size which was also wrong Then sen another set of 19" wheels which were to wide, wrong offset resulting in wheels hitting struts even though they said they would definitely fit my car. Returned all nine wheels to them then waited for refund which didn't come even though I had many promises of payment and excuses of staff not being available to make the payment had to result in making a claim through card company to recover my payment.

I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan, who was really helpful, and dispatched my part, and was on the car within 2 days ( grill for merc sl500 and he sent photo ) Perfect match I will use them again. So good, so fast.
