Ordered a motor part from Mike for the folding roof for my 1999 SL in very early June. It duly arrived. I took it to my Merc specialist for fitting who advised that it did not work. ( A whole morning wasted). I had to call Prestige repeatedly before it was eventually picked up by the courier. Prestige said once received they would send a new part. 14 days later I had still heard nothing. Called and spoke to Mike (had to call three times as he always promises to phone straight back but rarely returns calls). On Thursday 14th July he advised that a new part would be delivered on Monday 19th July. Waited in all day- on a blazing hot local holiday. Courier never arrived. Phoned Mike who eventually advised that nothing had been sent out due to error. Cancelled my order.
Been without a functioning convertible roof now for about 6 weeks during the summer and pretty fed up. Very poor customer service from a wholly unreliable company. Avoid!

Ryan was very helpful. Despite close to finishing his work shift he made effort to go to the yard and sent me additional pictures to give me assurance it was correct door colour. Thank you!. He also maintained very good communication to update me on my order.

Prestige was recommended to by my local independent Merc specialist. I contacted them for a rear Sam Unit. I was delighted with the service and the price. Just waiting for it to arrive. Thanks Ryan.

I needed a replacement seat adjustment panel. Searched the net and Mike from Prestige came back almost immediately. Paid for and dispatched arriving as promised. Now fitted and working again. Did don’t know about this company but do now and will use again for sure if I need something. Mike was very efficient in all my dealings with him. Great job

My b class Mercedes had a crack in the back alloy, No one could put a new tyre on it as it would just deflate, I needed a wheel. It was very hard to track one down, but I came across this company, who tracked me down a wheel within minutes over the phone, I paid over the phone and received the wheel within 3-4 days, just brilliant, definitely use them again, highly recommended!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Because dealer parts are so expensive, and the car is old, I resorted to Prestige to keep it running economically. They have supplied most parts instantly so I am satisfied with the service.

My experience was a total positive one and made more so by Joel, the guy I dealt with. He kept me updated with my order and reassured me that should there be any issue with my order it would be resolved. Has it happened, I had to exchange the item and true to his word Joel sorted it with a fast, efficiently and hassle free service. I would have no hesitation in using your services in the future.

Had to order a wing mirror. Fast and efficient service. Ryan was especially helpful. I had to cancel the order and it was dealt with just as efficiently by Ryan. Highly recommend this company. I will use them for all my Mercedes needs in the future and recommend to friends.

I needed a 3rd brake light for my E350 coupè. After buying one from ebay via Germany, I had it refunded because they no longer export to England. So I had to find another source. Glad I found these guys. 1 because it was cheaper than the German order & 2 it arrived (well packaged) within 3 days. Had it fitted, but didn't work. However, after ringing them a replacement arrived 2 days later. Outstanding service, with a special mention for Joel. Fantastic job & know where to go now for any other parts if needed.
