Ian came and adjusted our doors. Arrived on time, did the job very quicky. No fuss. Great service

We are thrilled with the first class service we have received from all of the staff we have dealt with at Prime Oak. We couldn't speak highly enough of Ken Pemble who has patiently been at hand throughout all of the planning stage to answer and questions and to offer solutions to any issues arriving along the way. We were kept fully up to date with all aspects of planning and all conversations were then backed up by email and wherever necessary hard copies in post by return. We were overjoyed to receive confirmation that our plans had been approved last week so it is now all systems go for the exciting part of this journey - the building of our beautiful oak framed garage and front porch.

Ian came to follow up the installation of a new Orangery . There were a few alterations and adjustments needed as the oak bedded in. He turned up early after a long drive from Midlands , got on with the jobs quickly and efficiently and was thorough and professional . Our thanks to Ian .

Had a problem with a leak from the opening roof vents. Contacted Prime Oak who responded quickly and promised to send the after care team to take a look.

Ian arrived this morning at the promised time and spotted the problem immediately. He got to work straight away and within the hour the job was done.

Very impressed.

Faultless start to finish!

Product is the best out there after visiting various show sites of different company's, we chose Prime Oak, not only did they show site blow us away their factory was also brand new and a very professional outfit. The team on site were courteous, clean and kept us up to date with their progress on next steps. Thank you again!

Prime Oak have just finished the second barn for us, another great job would always recommend them. It starts with Phil the Sales Guy, Warren got involved as one of the Directors to ensure we were happy at the start and Nick Project Managed it really well👍 PS Ian has just been back for the final check, a really nice guy.

Thanks so much to the guys, we had so many date changes with other trades and dan facilitated all this to help us as much as possible and Leighton, the fitter got our oak garages up in no time! Had really good communication with the guys and couldn’t be happier with the buildings!

Please note I wrote a 1* honest review yesterday due to poor customer service relating to windows randomly shattering over a period of 5 years. This happened again last week again with a INSIDE window panel in our orangery. We had already paid to have this window replaced once a few years ago.
I was then threatened and told to remove my review in writing by a company Director and called dishonest, disgusting and told to grow up.
Subsequently yesterday afternoon my review was changed by others to a 5* with Amazing, honest lovely company. Initially the company response to my 1* review was left when “someone” changed my review to a 5*. Magically this morning the companies response has changed to match the 5* review!
I have reported this to Trust Pilot with screen shots and copies of threatening emails. Beware !

In response to the comments below I have a letter stating the supplier will no longer deal with us until we take the review down. Someone changed my review yesterday.
Other window professionals tell us that to have 3 windows shattering and last one from inside on one side of our roof indicates a window/roof issue. The hole was after the glass started falling in the room yesterday and the original photo sent to you showed simply a shattered window pane. Please review photos.

Furthermore, we never asked for a free of charge service and simply are trying to understand why this same window shattered in 2021, the one next to it shattered last year and on the other side a window fogged up. We are paying nearly £900 each year now and were told by your on-site fitter last year that we could expect to replace 5 more at some stage. Something is just not right here.
To correct another point we asked you to honour the warranty on the shattered window which was replaced August 2021 due to a manufacturer fault. There was no impact inside guaranteed!
Why did someone change my review to a five star yesterday?

One final point is that I never spoke of doing a review so what is written is false. I shared my experience for the benefit of others. After I wrote the review the company Director wrote to me stating they would not provide services until I changed or deleted the review. They also accused me of blackmailing them with is ridiculous.

Isn came out promptly and sorted our failed double glazing panel. He was quick and efficient. Job done

Ian came out from Prime Oak because our doors on our new studio building had some issues. Dealt with them quickly and would never know there was a problem now. Thank you for the very professional and friendly service.

Excellent from the start, with Jo Morgan taking us through the planning stage, always very quick to reply to questions and queries. Highly recommended the service provided.

An excellent design for our proposed pool house and very detailed analysis of what to put into our planning application made us very excited about the outcome. We have a grade 2 listed building which needed lots of detailed planning and design of building to stand up to scrutiny.
Unfortunately due to no fault of Prime Oak or design planning was refused due to an obscure decision.
If you want an excellent designed building primarily made out of oak I would have no hesitation in recommending Prime Oak as our experience with them has been first class.

Great people to deal with. Friendly efficient and good communication

So far, so good... we are about halfway through our project executing our own groundworks to the specification of Prime Oak's design team. Already the team has been amazing to supply us with the information and drawings we needed to start the works.

We were particularly pleased with the Design team's interpretation of our needs and wishes for our lovely new Mansard Orangery, and also for our Garden Room which will all be happening at around the same time. A massive thank you to all the team, but in particular to Rob our designer, Neil, Jo and Warren.
We are hoping that the second half of this project will go as smoothly as the first half and can't wait to see it all finished.

This company does not even deserve one star. Our saga with Prime Joke started in June 2021 and according to them was completed in July `22 (after we had accepted it was not finished to the original specs). However, the conservatory leaked and issues were not resolved until March `23. We treated the timbers as specified and sealed joints ourselves - it became evident from an early stage that we would have to do a lot of the work ourselves. However, another leaked occurred in July `23 which was never repaired by Prime Joke. Once again, it is leaking and despite a guarantee we are told it will cost us £660 for a visit from their Aftercare Team.
They have been reluctant to fix faults and we have sometimes received aggressive responses from management and directors who will try and blame the customer for problems with their structures. New customers of Prime Oak should beware that the owners have a number of other companies in their stable which may offer a similar service including Whitlock & Lowe, Julius Bahn, Montpelier Joinery and Native Joinery.

We recently worked with Prime Oak to design and build our oak structure, and overall, it’s been a very good experience. From the initial design phase through to installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Special thanks to Leighton, Ben, Simon, Richard, and the rest of the crew for their hard work and attention to detail, particularly with the fitting and roofing. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is clear, and the finished product looks fantastic, blending seamlessly into its surroundings as intended. While not the cheapest option, the result and service make it worth considering. Would recommend Prime Oak for anyone looking for a quality oak-framed building. 4 stars!

Great job by the install team lead by Nick. Nick communicated exactly the right amount giving details of planned works which were always followed through. Teams on site were superb, hard working, organised and respectful on our property.
