WARNING SCAM /Customs due!

I spoke to someone on the phone this morning who said they would speak to their manager as they understood the problem. I still have not heard so I did live chat again because the phone line is now closed! They advised me there was no import duty to pay! I sent them the screenshot of the DPD tracking and advised that there is. They then said their ‘dedicated team’ would deal with this.
I asked to be provided contact details of a manager , put through to the ‘dedicated team’ and raise a complaint. They then ENDED the chat!! If they do not fix this immediately, I will have to contact my bank due to this scam
I have no choice but to write this review as it is impossible to get through to someone on live chat or phone. It says there are no customs to pay on Uk orders but my delivery has been held and it is saying that £48 is due for customs! Please can someone urgently contact me order number 4234597316
Edit- now received an email from someone to say they have opened an investigation which can take up to 15 working days. WHY WOULD THERE NEED TO BE AN INVESTIGATION? JUST PAY THE IMPORT DUTY. THE ORDER IS NOT LOST!! IF ITS NOT PAID IN 5 WORKING DAYS THEN THE ORDER GETS RETURNED!
Edit again- after live chat assuring me they ‘always’ send orders out with the correct paperwork so duties are not due on delivery, I called the UK carrier who has received the parcel from the French carrier and they have advised the parcel has been sent on the basis of duties to be paid on delivery. This stinks of a scam.
All it takes is for printemps to pay the £48 to resolve this but they wont.
Unbelievable service will not order again- don’t make the same mistake!

Refusing to provide the return shipping label
Ordered there as a guest and it says I should click a link in the shipping confirmation email to receive my return label. Not only do I have to pay 15€ for this label (come on guys it's 2025, provide free return shipping like literally everyone else), but when I click the button that should lead me to the download page for the return label, I'm just being led to a page that says "error 404 page not found". Now when I click the link in the aforementioned email again, I'm only redirected to a page that says that there are no orders I can return. So I reach out to their customer support via the contact form. Everything I receive is a "hint" saying that I should click the link in the shipping confirmation email to receive my return label. What an utter joke. It also says in the mail that i received from customer support that I should just reply to that mail if I have further questions but no one answers. Unbelievable.

I am in the UK and ordered a bag worth £450 on the 23rd November from this website but wish I'd read the reviews first!
The scheduled delivery date was the 28th November.
Fast forward to today (30th November) and my bag is still stuck in France!
On the tracking it says:
'Held by Chronopost customer service, awaiting shipper's instructions
ROISSY AEROPORT'
What does this even mean?
There is no way to get hold of customer service for an update other than the contact form on the website and when I did it was just a generic bot answer.
It doesn't help that they've already locked me out of the website twice and I've had to reset my password!
I'm extremely disappointed as this bag was a birthday gift and there's no signs of it even arriving in the country let alone to my doorstep!
I have no idea whether I'll even get this bag. What they don't realise is £450 is a lot of money and it's stressful thinking that you will lose it!

I bought a pair of shoes from Printemps with their Black Friday deals, 2 or 3 days later I received them. They are beautiful and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I've also contacted via email their customer service for another matter, they responded within 48hrs.

The New York store is horrible
The New York store is horrible. People are totally incompetent. I bought five fragrances and they shipped two. For eighth days, I'm trying to get the other ones shipped and nobody can figure out how to ship them. Total incompetence, poor communication. No one can get a tracking number. They're a bunch of idiots. Avoid the store at all cost

Absolutely dismal customer service. So after finally organising to return a faulty item free of charge I have now received an email to tell me I will be refunded minus £10, which would appear to be the cost of the return. Am fed up of this site and all of the issues I have had with it. If you are in the UK AVOID!!!!

Impossible returns
As previous reviewers mentioned, impossible to return an item - the returns link that I received with the order shipping confirmation is broken. And contacting the customer service through the website just triggers the automatic reply pointing to the same email with a broken link.

Fast delivery, but dysfunctional customer service operations
I wanted to return a coat I purchased from their website as a guest buyer. However, none of the provided links worked, including the return link in the confirmation email. The contact form only triggered an automatic reply with broken 404 links, and the email addresses listed on their site were also nonfunctional. The return process felt like a dead end until, after some research and considerable time wasted, I submitted a message through the “missing items” option on their contact form, then I wrote to their customer service leadership on Linkedin. This finally prompted a human response, and I received a return form the next day. I also sent a 'RÜCKTRITTSFORMULAR', this is hidden in the Appendix on the 'Nutzungs- und Verkaufsbedingungen' page. However, the email mentioned in this section bounced back with an 'out of service' reply, so I used the 'vosdonneespersonnelles' email address. Printemps and Places des Tendances are managed by the same operations team, and I had the exact same issues with the latter as well. In the case with Place des Tendances, the return label wasn't functioning and their team was unreachable, so I ended up paying 30 euros out-of-pocket to send back the package to Paris. If Printemps and Place des Tendances want their German audience (who is used to very efficient online services) to keep coming back, they have to clean-up their website and reform their IT unit.

Terrible customer service

I made two purchases at Haussmann on September 12. The sales associates told me they were activating my loyalty card and that I would accumulate a percentage of my purchase to spend starting the next day. However, they did not enroll me in the loyalty program, and customer service has refused to give me my credit despite the fact that I have sent them my receipts. Terrible. Very poor treatment — I have felt mistreated as a customer.

A hostess - dressed in deep red, and a short bob came out 3x and said nothing.
Kelsey the bartender ultimately took my order, brought my dish promptly.
The 3-star review is for her and floor attendants.

What a disgraceful online shop
What a disgraceful online shop. I purchased a Trudon candle and paid for next day delivery but it arrived 5 days later. It was a gift but of no use because of its lateness. I returned it immediately and now they say the candle had been used. I hadn’t even taken the candle out of the packaging. I will never use this e-shop again. I am furious they are accusing me of fraud. The person from Printemps who responded has completely missed the point. How could I have tested the candle when I didn’t even open the box. It’s not the candle that I want but a refund as I returned it unopened and unused.
