I've been getting my birth control through PRJKT RUBY for around five years now. I had started ordering from them right after college when I was shaky on getting myself set up with the right doctor for my needs, and being a young 20 something with no insurance, I was so thankful for PRJKT RUBY being able to keep my birth control consistent. Fast forward to now, with a "big girl job" and the right insurance, I'm STILL choosing to use PRJKT RUBY to obtain my birth control because I know I'm always going to get wonderful, caring people on the other end who are always willing to help. From the doctors to the customer service, they're always fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I signed up for the first time using any online delivery service for getting oral contraceptives and had a very easy and fast experience. I answered a few simple questions, they had the type of oral contraceptives I had been subscribed from my physician in the past, all in all it only took a few days from the time I completed the questionnaire to receive a 3 month supply. I don't have insurance that covers the cost, however, it is very reasonably priced. I can confidently say I will be renewing my order in another 3 months.

Amazing customer service, fast shipping, smooth transaction!!

I had quite a time trying to pick a birth control subscription service. There are so many these days (amazing!) that I thought it'd be easy. I previously used Nurx for acne medication and watched their customer service and responsiveness decline over the years, as you'll see others agree, so I knew I didn't want to start with them.

I found Wisp and it looked perfect on the website. I picked out my pill, purchased and set up my subscription, and they confirmed/approved it super fast. But after that, the wait began. Their site claims all orders ship in 24 hours, which is a large reason why I picked them, but if you dig into their reviews and search "ship" you'll notice tons of people experiencing days and weeks delay. It seems if you use Wisp to send to your own pharmacy it's all cool, but if you ship you're going to be waiting and dealing with headaches. I canceled with them and started digging into the other services.

Hers, Twentyeight Health, Simple Health, and Pandia Health all have similar nightmares in their reviews. I tried Favor but they took way too long to get back to me; completely understandable if you're using insurance, because Favor is totally free if you go that route. But I wanted to circumvent the whole insurance process and just pick out what I wanted, and get it fast (and not deal with being switched on brands at the whims of my terrible insurance). I was willing to pay for that.

I finally tried Project Ruby and OMG, heaven. I picked out what I wanted, submitted the application on Tuesday night, selected my provider (a cool feature), and was approved first thing about 8AM the next morning! I live in IL so I didn't even have to speak to anyone on the phone or do a video consult, though they are very available if you want to talk with them about any concerns.

A few hours later on the same day, I received a notification they'd shipped my order. I went with the free First Class shipping but you have the option to pay extra for things like FedEx 2-day. I received my prescription, a 3-month supply of exactly the right pill, by Saturday! So submitted my order Tuesday night, and had my pills in hand (with the free shipping option) by Saturday afternoon. Outstanding.

So grateful I found Project Ruby! I will be using this indefinitely unless something changes.

I have always had a very pleasant experience using Project Ruby! The doctor visits are always nice and informative, they always ask if I have any questions and how I am doing. I feel that they understand the seriousness of the current climate in certain areas and respect the privacy concerns for those of us stuck in these places. Aside from the amazing doctors, the whole website is easy to use and getting refills are a breeze. I feel good knowing that while I am getting help, someone else is also getting help thanks to your donations. 10/10 would recommend you guys to everyone!
