I have been using PRJKT Ruby for some amount of years, and have had nothing but great experiences. I had been wedding planning and let my subscription lapse on accident, customer service was beyond helpful and the practitioners are always so kind and knowledgeable. The convenience is great and the prices are affordable. Seriously, they provide such a great service.

I called several days ago and was told that my auto refill had shipped and then yesterday I found out it did not ship because I needed a consult and I had to pay over $30 for shipping since I'm going to run out

I received 6 emails saying my order was shipping with 6 different order/tracking numbers. When I reached out for clarification, 2 people responded telling me the exact same thing. Doesn't seem like everyone is on the same page here.

The best as usual .fast friendly and efficient

Honestly I’m annoyed that I paid for $35 “overnight shipping” when it took a whole day to process and be approved for the prescription. Then it’s going to take more like two days for the package to arrive. I wish I didn’t pay for overnight.

It's alright but the website isn't the easiest to use. I searched for my usual birth control, just to be told there's no results that match my search. But when I went to my order history to reorder from there, it was available. I also had to do a video consult and all the times were SO late and incredibly inconvenient, no matter what day I picked.

Overall, Prjkt Ruby is sensational, and I love them. My constructive comments at the moment are A) There is no means on the website to make address adjustments when one is traveling. It must be done by phone, and B) I've gotten something like 8 duplicate e-mailed telling me my order has shipped in 3 days' time. It didn't ruin my day or anything, but that many e-mails from a semi-official source tends to mean SPAM or something is wrong.

Everyone is always kind and helpful! They give all the information you need & answer all your questions. I’ve never had any issues, thank you Lord for these kind people and what they do
