I returned a faulty roasting dish as it had started to chip after only using it twice. I was able to exchange it with a more solid roasting dish at no extra charge. I found the assistant very pleasant and helpful. I returned, as I was only in the area for a day, to buy more items. Very satisfied customer.

High quality corkscrews purchased - sturdy and good looking. The staff in this shop are wonderful - the assistant told me where they were and he also remembered what I bought last time I was there about six weeks ago and asked how they are (kettle and toaster, great). This shop is beautifully laid out with high quality products and knowledgeable staff.

Ceramic milk pan
I was looking for a milk pan without Teflon coating. Cooks had one with ceramic coating. Also stylish and reasonably priced.
