We had a problem with a purchased item purchased a few years ago. The staff were excellent, dealt with the issue professionally and I left the store suitably impressed and would certainly continue buying our kitchen goods from them.

Great store!
Very helpful staff in the store in Bluewater, made sure we knew what offers were on when we were choosing our products. Bought new kitchen utensils and a really nice china pot for them to stand in. Lovely clean store, nicely laid out. Pleased with purchase 🤗

Amazing
I bought two pans at Bluewater. Had a great experience. The attendant was great, gave me all information I needed. I went to buy 1 pan and ended up buying 2 and a couple of small items.
Very please with my non-stick pans!!! Loved them! If I had known the brand before would had saved a lot of money spent in failed attempts of buying a descent non sticking pans.
