Store colleague messed up my purchase
Store colleague messed up my purchase. Charged me for an expensive item but gave me the cheaper one. Store wasn’t busy so can’t use that as an excuse. Customer service takes far too long to respond. I now have to drive 22 miles to sort it out in store. Problem has now been sorted in store, although it still stands that Procook’s online customer service needs to up their game. I only received a response after giving my original review.

Visited store on 12/8/26 lady working helped me to choose a set of knives, allowed me to try them out on some veg in store. Im very indecisive but was able to make a decision quickly due to her help and knowledge.

Attentive and caring customer service.
I was very impressed with the attention and knowledge of the staff member that helped us. She explained patiently to our many detailed queries on quality differences and care and maintenance of the utensils. The staff member clearly believed in the product and spoke quite passionately about them. It was refreshing to see quality customer service is still available!
