Guarantee Exchange - No hassle
I had a problem recently with a knife set and later a sauce pan set. Nothing under guarantee.
Once it was agreed that the issue was down to manufacturing issues both were replaced. In fact one of the products was now cheaper so I had store credit to spend. Good products and great customer service! I'd give a special thanks to Hayley who helped us out and another young man who's name I'm unable to recall....
