Fantastic chef knife
I was looking for a chef knife and was impressed by the range available in the shop, as I don't like buying these kind of items online. The staff was very helpful and there is a chopping board and veg available to actually try the knives!
They have lots of other high quality cooking equipment and tableware, I am sure I will be back.

We have been looking for a new set of kitchen knives for a while. The lady that served us was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with us making our choice. We chose this product and they are amazing. We still use our Saipan set that is around 30 old and still looks brand new.
Highly recommend this brand.

Wanted one of the griddles for a while now and got to say I don’t know why I waited, brilliant to use on gas hob or oven. Very easy to clean - will be threatening myself to the frying pant next.

I absolutely love the Elite pan range
I absolutely love the Elite pan range. Superb for my induction hob.
I returned one of these pans which had given me 18 years of excellent use but the honeycomb disc on the base had buckled. The Chatham staff were extremely helpful and replaced my pan with a new Elite one with a discount for my remaining guarantee on the old one. Great service and confirms for me what a good idea it is to buy from you.
