Excellent customer service
The young man who is on duty on a Saturday morning has excellent customer service skills (we've been in a few times now!). Unfailingly polite, nothing is too much trouble for him. We also love the products, as well!

Good shop
Have bought from ProCook before, online, but this was our first visit to an actual shop. A good selection of kitchenware on display, so it is easy to compare similar items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Months after buying 8 of their gorgeous…
Months after buying 8 of their gorgeous mugs, I noticed a small crack in one handle. I went in to the shop to replace it, mentioning what had happened, they asked for the original receipt and replaced free of charge with no quibble.
The staff in pro-cook are always so friendly and helpful whether you're in to browse or shop. The Cirencester branch is also a dog friendly store and keep a supply of treats behind the counter for furry friends.
