Shown the product I wanted by a friendly member of staff and the transaction was completed easily and proptly.

We had an issue with the electronic receipt from a previous purchase that we needed to return and exchange.
We went into store and the gent who served us managed to find the original order, give us a refund for the returned item and then we purchased something else.

The staff member was very polite and warm, apologised for our wait as she’d been dealing with another customer and let us know about warranty on our items.

Tracy was absolutely brilliant in the lakeside store. She was helpful from the get go and greeted us with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, we purchased the cream scallop dinnerware set, which I will have to contact her as a couple are chipped slightly on the bottom but I LOVE them! She explained that the pasta dishes were due back in stock on the 7/6/26 so we knew exactly when to look for them! We purchased a set of 4 coffee mugs which Tracy explained that customers had also purchased these to go with the plates we had purchased. We also purchased the purple reactive pot cookware dishes, the medium wasn’t on show, however Tracy went to find the medium one for us so we could take it away the same day! Very pleased, will be back!

Purchased a set of 4 drinking glasses from pro cook Doncaster outlet, the price was very good for these, they are a good weight and lovely crystal design, very good quality for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely shop here again.

We rang to check stock and the shop assistant told us only 1 in stock .. coffee machine .. she would put it away for us .
I called the following morning and the sales assistant was very helpful , showed me the features , he even said he was sorry he was unable to carry it to my car as he was on his own .. excellent service

The store man was very helpful and very friendly, although we got what we wanted we never manage to get this saute pan on offer but the larger one is, we didn't want the larger one as we have previously purchased it.
