Good quality for money, great friendly service

The person that assisted me, was very helpful, friendly with a good knowledge of the products.

I recently purchased a grill online. Unfortunately, it was too heavy for me. I returned it to my local store in Eastbourne where the staff are extremely nice, helpful and most importantly VERY customer friendly. I been in the shop several times and have always found the same service.

Helpful staff. A useful product purchased which fits my coffee machine needs for a larger 600 ml milk frothing jug. Favourable price too.

The lady greeted me straight away as i walked in. Asked if i would like help. Which i did!
She kindly showed me the plates i was looking for. I was finding a replacement plate for my mum as she chipped one from her set. So that was so much quicker with the lady helping me rather than me searching through the store. I was in and out in less than ten mins !

We were looking for spoons, and ProCook was our last attempt to find some. The store was closing but the shop assistant said if we were quick she'd stay open a bit longer. We found some soup spoons which were just what would do the job. The shop assistant had to then restart the electronic till system. So we were impressed by the attitude of the shop assistant.

Having decided to replace some cookware and after quite a lot of reseach I decided to buy two items from ProCook. I first viewed them in their local store where the assistant was very helpful. But I decided to order on-line for home delivery due to their size and weight. I opted for a named delivery date and they arrived exactly as schedules

Helpful and friendly staff. Product quality and price excellent

Although the staff were very helpful it felt impossible to just browse and take time to consider a purchase as they were very pushy. It would have been much better to be allowed time to have a look without feeling the pressure to buy what would for me have been an expensive purchase. I left with a small relatively inexpensive item which wasn't what I originally entered the store to buy.
Also being told more than once that if I purchased on that day I would get 10% discount but it was only valid for that day just made it feel even more uncomfortable.
It's great to offer help as a staff member but to be overly pushy is definitely not good for making someone want to buy.
I doubt I will be back to the store after this experience!!

The staff welcomed me as soon as i entered the shop
They let me browse the shop but wer available to answer questions wen I needed them
They advised me on the use of one of the items I bought

The manager was most helpful in advising me on my purchase

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Live shopping in all these shops. I can always find what I’m looking for.

We were listened to and given suggestions and shown products that suited our requirements. We left the store feeling valued with the all we needed at a great price.
