Good customer service in store. Purchased 2 small items with a little discount for bank holiday weekend. Great value!

I was buying an electric salt grinder, i went to the till and one of the girls told me that there was a grinder without salt in it as the one in my hand was a display one. We had a good laugh about it, but a great experience.

Helpful staff, great prices

Was in the shop twice - first assistant was so helpful but when I returned the other assistant didn’t seem to know stock and I had to tell her that the shop did have the item I requested

On entering the shop I asked a member of staff for what I required. She politely answered pointing in the general direction of the product. I walked down the shop and started to look for the item. At this time she passed me twice with speaking when it was obvious that I was unsure about my purchase. I did choose a product and went to the till where another person took payment. All in all a rather dull uninspired experience.

Staff in the store were helpful in choosing the best/most suitable items i was looking for.
Becwarned though. These knives are sharp and have already drawn blood despite being sure they didn't actually make contact

Staff member Layla on Wednesday was amazing! She had so much knowledge about the pots and helped me look for exactly what I needed😊

Great product knowledge and excellent customer service from the two girls in when I visited. Nicely laid out clean and tidy shop. Didn’t purchase on this occasion but will be back to do so.

Had a great experience at the Edinburgh store during the week. I had a problem with a product from the Elite range that I had bought in 2022 and wanted a replacement or refund as the coating had deteriorated badly. Amanda in the store was so helpful with advice and made it so easy to deal with the returned she gave me the confidence in the company and their guarantee to buy a lot of new and replacement Tri-ply cookware. Great customer service. A quick and easy guarantee that worked really well by not having had to retain a receipt because everything was stored on my contact details and email. Very happy with the new stainless steel items I got and feeling reassured that they will last or a the very least, if we do have issues with them, ProCook's guarantee will make it all good.

Relaxed environment and friendly helpful staff

The young lady who served me was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the products.

We have just bought a new induction cooker, which meant buying new pots. Having already bought pans and cast iron products before from Procook it was my first port if call for new pots.
Fully expecting the offer online not to be available in store I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case. The bundle I bought with the savings made was a great deal and I know the products are quality and will last for years.
The Edinburgh store is lovely, all items are clearly displayed and the team are always pleasant whenever I have shopped there.
