Great purchase
We bought a Procook frying pan from the Epsom shop. The staff were courteous and helpful. I've started to use the pan and am chuffed with my purchase. It's really well made and feels classy.

Didn’t have a clue, AMAZING people.
I didn’t know what I was exactly looking for, a sea of choice. Which was great but I was lost. I asked for some assistance, the employee that helped me was helpfully offering suggestions and advice on which have non-stick, stainless steel or work on induction. He was very patient and this wasn’t the first time he’s helped me. I will be going back again soon. Maybe next week…
