Friendly, helpful staff who were present but not intrusive. The product range of choice was good. The presentation of my knife was smart without being ostentatious.

I was determined to pick up a decent paring knife and the assistance in the Exeter store was absolutely brilliant - the lovely lady there listened to what I required and was instantly clear on my two choices and the sharpening process for each choice.
I feel I walked out with exactly what I needed. She was excellent indeed and that's so rare these days! Wonderful to be assisted by someone capable of listening and then using their extensive knowledge to actually provide honest, authentic snd effective advice.

Staff were great very helpful worked with us for over an hour as we were buying gear to kit our motorhome fleet out.
And got a great discount

Great experience shopping at Procook in Exeter, we have used their products for years and they are absolutely great, the service we had in the shop was second to none the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he even helped me carry our purchase back to the car. Definitely worth going in store and getting your hands on the pans before you buy them.
