Employees there super helpful, a man in a Nick Woltemade christmas jumper and another man who helps me pick out cocktail equipment (he knows who he is) helped me so much and the overall vibes in the shop were excellent due to the friendly employees, will be returning

Nice stainless steel pan
Nice stainless steel pan, 18/10. Haven't used it yet, but looks nice and heavy. Worth the price.
Update: We have now used it a few times and we are very happy with it!

Knowledgeable and helpful staf
Member of staff was very helpful and knew stock well, enabling me to make a decision quite quickly. I was alerted to a cost saving related to another item I picked up at the till.

Exeter store unwelcoming
Me and my partner usually shop in the bideford shop but was Christmas shopping in Exeter today. We went into the store with not even a hello (there was one other customer in store)
We where looking at getting a cast iron pot in the store today but after being ignored and team members shouting across the store to speak to each other, and when an older gentleman came into the shop they approached him nearly right away, being a younger couple we did not feel welcome. We shall be staying with the lovely staff members at the infinity Devon store.

Brilliant customer service!
We visited the Exeter store looking for a new saute pan but we saw the Malmo Teardrop dinner service on display and decided to renew our old crockery. We wanted two sets of 16 pieces. The Malmo crockery is 'handmade', so the textured pattern on the plates and bowls is variable, with some imprints off-kilter and others quite faint. The staff at the Exeter store went above and beyond, taking every piece out of the boxes for us to inspect, and allowing us to change one or two badly-matching ones for those on display. We are really happy with our purchase, and it's all down to the help we received from the staff. One kind lady even helped my husband take the boxes to our car in Princesshay car park. Really excellent.
