Staff member was lovely, allowed me to shop without being intrusive but came across very approachable. Excellent selection of items, shop well laid out too

The assistant was very helpful as I was not too sure about what I required when purchasing a new frying pan . Very polite and a good sense of humour as I was having a wee laugh with her .The frying pan is superb and the 10 year guarantee is very good .

It's one of those shops where the staff don't let you browse in peace. Visited today and the lady was following my family around the small store. She must have asked 3 times if we needed any help. We were only in there 5-10 mins. So annoying, just be visible and let people ask for help if needed.

Was approach by the sales agent who inquired what I was looking for. He explained the differences in the knives and handles. He showed me a set of knives but I only wanted 3, a chef (carving), a bread and paring knife. He was great, allowed me to make my own choice (without pushing for a bigger sale), put my knives on the counter then invited me to have a look around. I had been wanting silicon oven gloves and found them. Thea protect your arms in the oven and also are fantastic at stopping the heat from coming through.

Really knowledgable and helpful staff, were able to guide me to the best product that was right for my needs and explained why it more suited that the one I had originally wanted to get. Really appreciated that in-depth advice.

the quality is amazing the staff fantastic we changed our whole set for non stick snd it was no hassle except even though they were still all un touched in original packaging the told me we defo need the reciept which i had but if misplaced would i have been hassle free ??????

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, quality items at great prices. Set of 4 baking trays solid feel, no warping no stick and easy to clean.

No issues with service from staff. Disappointed in purchase as bought milk frother but after 5 attempts, couldn't achieve results. Poor foam and lukewarm heat. Will return to shop.
