Service was perfect,on time and very fast. Packaging was excellent with no chance of damage. As for the knives,well they are truly amazing, fabulous craftsmanship and extremely sharp. The storage block looks beautiful in the kitchen and keeps the knives safe

What a great shop, I managed to buy an all singing and dancing top of the range pressure cooker. I also had to choose from 9 woks and chose the first that I saw and it had 20%off! Nice and heavy, bought a few gadgets too.
I was served by Karen who really knew her stuff and bless her helped me carry it to the car, exemplary member of staff.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Their product knowledge is great.

Stainless Steel Baking Tray Set warps!!!! Dont buy! On the first use it warped when simply cooking some chips. The packaging states "Anti-warp edging" and such is false marketing as I bought them for this purpose. If you cant meet it dont put it on the packaging and mislead people. I wont be buying trays from procook again. Order OWW21933985

Zoe, the store manager, was great in helping us to choose ProCook for our pressure cooker. We've bought most of our kitchen pans and trays from them and when there was a problem with a couple of items there was absolutely no problem in getting replacements 18 months down the line. Good to see a no hassle warranty actually being honoured without issue.

I've been looking for a set of replacement saucepans for a considerable time, but never actually came across the ones I liked. When two of my 30 year old pans finally gave up the ghost, I had to act and took the plunge and bought a set of Pro Cook pans, which were on offer. They arrived the next day and I was immediately impressed with the quality. They are superb pans. My wife thinks they are a bit on the heavy side, particularly the largest pan. Yes they are heavy, but to me that's just a further confirmation of their quality.
They look great, and the heat distribution is excellent. They also wash very well.
I'm extremely happy with my new Pro Cook pans, and I'd recommend them to any serious cook.

I felt someone could have attended to us without asking for help after waiting and searching for products.
In the end we ended up purchasing an Elite range frying pan but having returned home the coating is chipped an a few places.
We shall be contacting the closest store to us (as we purchased this item while we were on holiday) so they can advise on how to proceed with an exchange or refund.
