I wanted a saute pan, a small frying pan and a crepe pan. The assistant showed me the ranges and explained the differences. I choose from the pro cook elite range. So far they have been brilliant. No sticking and lovely to use.

Great customer service in Harrogate store
Easy to use website, on which I bought a large cast iron pan as a present for my wife. The customer service in the Harrogate procook shop was excellant when they helped me swap it for a slightly smaller and different shape. Very happy wife and pleased customer. The process was easy and staff friendly and efficient.

The assistants were very nice and helpful but unfortunately the electric salt & pepper pots that I bought don’t seem to work which is very annoying because I spent ages deciding which ones to buy and decided on the more expensive ones. I’m now going to have to return them but I’m undecided if I actually want a replacement as clearly they’re not great.
