Very helpful staff. Took me through all the pros and cons of the different knives I was interested in and made very helpful suggestions. It took me a while to make up my mind about which one felt best and would meet my requirements but at no point did I feel under any pressure to hurry up and pick one.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff

A beautifully presented, well stocked and welcoming shop in Maidstone. We were looking for some pans after having our old set for decades (well done Prestige!) and it was an easy job finding what we needed in Pro-Cook. It's nice to be able to see physical items rather than online and the sales assistant was very helpful. We have only just got our set of pans but are very pleased with the quality and performance so far. It's not somewhere we will visit on a weekly basis but certainly a go to for any kitchen items, large or small.

We had a good laugh with the men in the store…I had rusted my previous kitchen knives in the dish washer, I thought stainless steel was stainless! Anyway, they patiently took down and unwrapped knives for us to try, and only when we were happy did they take our money. Good service and sense of humour, well done Guys.

WE CHOSE A HEAVY DUTY STAINLESS STEEL CASSEROLE PAN - SUITABLE FOR HOB & OVEN - USED ONCE SO FAR ACCORDING TO HIS INSTRUCTION - HAPPY WITH PURCHASE

I was most impressed with the way the shop was laid out and I bought a set of porcelain tableware which were just my colour.

My order online was for two heavy products but delivery was delayed for 48 hours. I was informed by email with apologies from company. Well worth waiting for as products are of exceptional quality and the packaging was excellent

The shop is well laid out with lots of items to look at .

Excellent products and service

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff who showed extreme patience with me while I decided on my new dinner service. They even helped me carry my purchases to my car! It's a lovely shop with very reasonably priced products with excellent quality.
