Great service and products
The customer service is always excellent. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Products are always fantastic value and staff always point out missed offers if its appropriate too.

Excellent staff
Went in looking for some pans and the salesman was really good. Talked us through the different types of pan and gave us a good recommendation of the tri-ply. Didn't get his name but he had glasses and lots of hair. The other staff were also helpful aswell.
