Nearly impossible to remove label
I bought an induction hob adaptor, basically a disc of magnetically conductive metal that allows me to use an aluminium layered pan on an induction hob that otherwise wouldn't work. I haven't tried it yet to see if it works because I have spent two days getting the label off. It covered most of the surface and it took multiple scrapings and soakings to remove the label and the underlying glue, very frustrating.
No issue with the staff, they were really helpful at the point of sale and I am confident the product will be good, as is the case with Procook's products.
But the label, please, ugh!!
