Great range of products. Bought item in outlet store. Experience was good.

Had bought cooking trays in December…
Had bought cooking trays in December and used the big one 3 times and it cracked.
Rang up as I couldn't find a receipt and Sam said don't worry about it come in and we can change it.
Very happy outcome.
