Would recommend this shop
Used pro cook at Swindon outlet, I needed to replace a pro cook saucepan that I had heated without putting water in - a total accident staff were really helpful and worked out the size I needed. Recommend them if you have any doubts talk to the staff

Honourable seller
We have purchased many items of ProCook cooking pans over the years and found them to be of high quality and long lasting. A 28cm non stick coated sauteuse pan recently lost its non-stick properties after many years of use but well within the 15 year life guarantee that accompanied its original sale. We returned the item to the store along with the receipt, which was almost illegible, but our purchase was electronically located in the system and we received a no-quibble replacement on the spot.
This was a much appreciated gesture and a pleasant surprise as there are several caveats that could have been used to avoid issuing a replacement. It's a rare event nowadays that a retailer genuinely honours guarantee periods but ProCook did the honourable thing.

Good Quality and Service
