Great experience in Procook at the Trafford Centre. We were looking for pans and had little idea. Scarlett took time to patiently and clearly explain the differences between the different types of pans - she answered our (many) questions clearly and competently. All this without being a pushy salesperson. She gave us time to look ourselves but whilst being available - great service

Lovely store with table settings
Went straight to section of the store I wanted and plenty of stock so lots of choice which was great. Very quick at the till and served by pleasant young man. Like the way the store is laid out with table settings to inspire.

Everyone was nice and polite
Everyone was nice and polite. Gave us space, greeted us. Answered questions when we asked. Everything was clearly labelled. The store was clean, organized and tidy. Professional looking all around. It was nice and pleasant? Which for Trafford centre can come off as too expensive and sophisticated. My son enjoyed it too and he's 25 and doesn't even cook. Found really good deals in there. Amazing store.

Excellent customer service from Dean at Procook in the Trafford Centre. He couldn't have been more helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He is a wonderful ambassador the Procook team and I will happily visit again. Wish there were more Dean's in the retail industry. Procook should be very proud of Dean. Thank you.
