Consultant Oblivious to Time
The consultant turned up with a nasty cold, no mask and no identity card. The whole explanation was extremely long winded and about an hour into the conversation we indicated that we would like to wrap up asap. I explained to her that we have both worked in the pension fund industry and were familiar with all the terminology used. The whole process could have been done and completed in an hour and need not to have taken nearly 2 and a half hours. We wanted to take out a plan and in the end rushed her to finailse everything. Should either of us catch a cold, we will cancel the policy.
The consultants should not assume that people who are not in full time employment or semi-retired have all the time in the world. Check with your clients/ potential clients how much time they can afford you before you make an appointment. I cannot rate the policy as that is only something you can do at claim stage. Thanks

Information about direct cremation
I recently contacted Prosperous life to get some information about their direct cremation services, I then spent the next twenty minutes discussing their proposals with three Very friendly and well informed people who answered all my questions clearly and without equivocation, unfortunately I don't remember the names of the two young men I spoke to but I do recall the name of the lady I spoke to, Rachel Morris but all three of them were equally helpful. Since then I and my daughter have spoken to the company again and decided that the service offered was perfect for my needs and have completed the formalities required. At all times we were kept in contact with the company by email and through the post. I have no hesitation in recommending these people to anyone thinking along these lines. Incidentally I live in Northern Ireland. SH.

Excellent customer service with everything explained in full detail. I simply cannot fault them for the peace of mind that Prosperous Life have given me knowing that I now have a Funeral plan in place and Life insurance as well.
