Highly recommend for everyone.!! Protein Package have a great selection of products for people wanting healthier options with less calories, fat and sugar, everything from snacks to sport supplements, my new go to online shop for quality at good prices.
Also great service and advice, George is very helpful and quick to reply with any questions you may have and postage is good to, the last time i ordered it got to Jersey, channel Islands in about 3 or 4 days, which is fantastic.!!
You don't have to cut out those guilty pleasures, you can still enjoy something sweet without feeling guilty or putting your training back..

Unfortunately mistakes happen, I ordered a product but what was sent to me was months past its best before date so my experience in terms of that was not up to satisfaction, however they promptly responded to my complaint and I spoke to a polite chap who sorted out the refund and felt genuinely disappointed that this had happened. I appreciated the efforts made and it's a lesson learned about thoroughly checking products before sending.

Fantastic customer service all round.

I ordered initially as Protein Package were cheaper than competitors for some pre workout that I was looking for. However, for whatever reason, the courier didn’t deliver my initial package, or even make any attempt to (after several days, despite paying for express shipping).

I contacted Protein Package for a shipping update and George very kindly insisted on reshipping my order free of charge! It came next day and had a few extras in too.

Overall very impressed with how they’ve handled somebody else’s mistake to give me a good experience.

I ordered 12 huel drinks from this company, arrived on the late-end of the estimated time which was fine; but 2 of the drinks I ordered didn't arrive and when I emailed them about it they didn't respond because they're closed on weekends. After this incident the owner messaged me back and forth very promptly and politely to help sort this out and I'm very thankful.

Along with all the other reviews on here, I can’t believe how kind and helpful George and Sophie are from Protein Package.

Not only do they stock great products and dispatch orders really quickly but their customer services is second to none.

George (who’s super knowledgeable about all the products) replies to all my emails personally within about 10mins whether it be a weekend, late night or early morning.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to try new healthy snacks and supplements.

I never got my package because Evri is useless. However, the customer service from Protein Package is excellent. I feel incredibly bad for them having to work so hard to rectify Evri’s mistake.

I value service as the number 1 key to placing an order online, George and the guys at Protein Package absolutely come through time and time again. Used them approx. 6 times now and never anything but Awesome & attentive service. I won’t look elsewhere now. Brilliant website.
