Haven't received the order yet but their chat help service was just awesome. I forgot to add my email address to the order, so I never received a confirmation email. They had it sorted in less than 2 mins - impeccable customer service, thanks guys!

Am never disappointed with my order. Always arrives speedily and products are brilliant. A great range which is why I order each month.

I had recently submitted an order with Protein Package and noticed I had not received an email confirmation. I queried this with Protein Package who informed me that I had not entered my email address and instead entered my phone number. Noticing I had not received a text confirmation, it was soon apparent I had entered the incorrect number. Despite the faults sitting with me, George was very helpful in updating my details in the backend and went above and beyond to inform me of the status of my order. Thank you very much again, I will be ordering from here in the future for sure.

Excellent customer service. After Evri lost my first package I spoke to George who offered an apology and sent out a replacement package. There were further issues with the 2nd package and George responded quickly and ensured me that he would get this sorted out and within 48hrs I had received my parcel. Although I had to wait a little longer due to Evri’s error I could not fault this company and their efforts to ensure my needs were met. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Spoke to George over the phone about what I could try as I’ve never tried protein bars or powder before he was really helpful and reassured me as I was a bit cautious about trying something new. Ordered a box of flapjacks protein bars and protein powder was delivered to my door within 2 days or placing the order I have since placed another couple of orders with him over the past few weeks would highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again

I purchased an item on a Saturday with a 2 - 3 working day delivery.

It still had not been dispatched by the following Thursday, called and received a load of BS regarding stock.

It seems like one of those companies that advertises everything for ‘immediate dispatch’ just to get you money, but the reality is you probably won’t get your goods for weeks!!

Asked for a refund and was refused.

Now having to take the matter further.

Quality products, great value with fast and reliable service, that’s why I keep using them.
