Great for service and MOT
The online order process was clear with the choices I required for my service. Reception area where I handed over my car keys good and I was expected. The estimated time for service and MOT was spot on. No advisories despite last years MOT having a couple. That was done at the original selling dealership. Vested interest comes to mind. I would recommend Protyre Autocare in Abingdon.

Can’t speak highly enough of Jason and the team at protyre. Been with them 10 years now. They are honest, efficient and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more. Good to have a garage I can always turn to when something comes up.

Excellent service.
Abingdon branch - Incredibly helpful and accommodating. Kept to my appointment time and fitted the two tyres very quickly and for a good price. They also had stock where others didn’t. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Awful don't do as they say they would
Awful. I had phone them up before my M.O.T asked can they test it. However if it fails will you be able to repair the issue. They said YES that's totally fine. However they abandoned my test and said you have an issue with power steering. We arent doing anymore. This wasn't what they said on the phone beforehand and no refund offer for not even doing the test.

Not open on Bank Holiday as advertised
On Bank Holiday Monday (25th May) I went along for an urgent puncture repair, as the website made a big thing of them being open on the Bank Holiday from 9.00. I sat outside in the heat for an hour and a half,til 10.15, with no sign of any activity then gave up and found Kwik Fit in Abigdon WERE open and sorted the tyre.
Not very impressed!

Very efficient
Very efficient. Have had MOT and service recently, but also an unexpected visit which required immediate attention as car undriveable. I was thankful they were able to fix it and got it back the same day.
